Disney World

Disney world is one of the best places for families to go together no matter what religion you are. Disney is one of my favorite places to go to on earth. Just because it takes me back to when I was a kid. I went 2x as a child. My child is lucky, we only live about 1 hr away from disney. And they have so much more now than ever. This is the first time Lassair is going with her grandma Pookie. She went the first time when she was about 2 1/2. Grandma can't drive at night so we've booked a hotel room at disney. Were staying at the Coronado Springs Hotel. I've never been to this particular hotel but it looks lovely from the pictures. Before Lassair was born her father and I went ourselves and spent the night at one of the cheaper disney hotels. It was nice but you could hear the neighbors toilets flush. So were going to stay at the moderate hotel instead of the cheap hotel. Although Disney is always a great place and the staff very accommodating no matter what age you are.
Lassair is going to be wearing a snow white costume. Something her grandma thought that she would love. Depending on the weather all little girls wish they were a princess. And want to be like them. I was actually quite surprised she wanted Snow White for the longest time Belle was her favorite. Her grandma suggested she get a crown also well in the movie snow white doesn't wear a crown so my daughter decided she needed a bow.
Lassair is just under the cut-off for the big rides but she's only going to be 4 next month so that's just fine. She is a thrill seeker though. She really wants to go on Goofy's Barn-Stormer ride because last year we did Dorney Park and she went on her first roller coaster and now at a early age she is hooked. Thankfully my whole side of the family is also hooked on coasters. My mom and aunt both in their 50's still go on coasters. Lassair really loved meeting the princesses as most little girls do. But also wanted to go on all the rides. So we have plans to go on as many as possible. Also if you can stay for the parades or the evening fireworks it's well worth it.
Were also going to do the Animal Kingdom while were there. This is a great place for the kids to interact w/animals and also learn something in the process. This park doesn't take as long as the Magic Kingdom but w/Little ones you can take your time and just enjoy. And for the thrill riders there is Everest which just came out and I'm really looking forward to the ride. Pictures will be coming after the trip. Which is the second week of December but unfortunately Lassair can't get enough of just thinking about Disney and her grandma coming to visit her. She thinks she's such a big girl. This is a great vacation spot. If your in florida it's cheaper though to buy separately if your on a budget like we are. Set money also for souvenirs for each person and stick with it. It certainly does help. Out of Florida it may be cheaper to do an all inclusive package even then you're spending around 700 dollars for 2 days. But if you can afford it go for it. Also in Kissimee there are loads of hotels that have shuttle services to take you to the parks.
